Heather and the team at Leighton Snow were instrumental in the renovation of my property, prior to taking over the property management. The property located in Bramhall, required a complete renovation as the previous tenants had lived there for over 14 years. I currently resided outside of the UK and have for several years, it would have would have been very difficult for me to organize the various trades and the overall renovation remotely.After discussing the property with Heather and before the property became available, Heather visited the property and offered to help organized the trades for the renovations. Heather proposed a list we that we worked though together, defining the renovations and approximate timelines. The renovations were extensive including rewiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering, new windows bathroom and kitchen. Then completely redecorating and new flooring.Heather essentially program managed the complete renovation. All the trades-persons were good and interacted with each other well where required.Heather has a network of trades used for upkeep and renovation of the properties they manage, I would be happy to use any of the trades-persons used during my property renovation for further work.I have several friends who have worked with Heather in the past and are very happy with the service and support.Close to the end of the renovations being completed, the team at Leighton Snow advertised and soon after let the property.Prior to choosing Leighton Snow had I created a summary file comparing the local letting agents based on reviews, service and cost.
