We had an incredible time at inflatable ninja! The variety of obstacles and slides kept us entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone's safety while still having fun. I loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. It's the perfect place for people of all ages to enjoy some active and lighthearted fun. Can't wait to go back!

Kids had a great time! Was my sons birthday and he really enjoyed himself with his friends. Sara at the desk was very accommodating and sorted out any issues.

Came here recently with my friends we really enjoyed ourselves. Great service from the staff. Very clean. Ordered food, was a reasonable price. Manage to burn off some calories and enjoy ourselves. 100% recommend, will be bringing my family here next!

On entering looked good the lady at the desk looked like she couldn’t be bothered was charged an extra £2 per person despite calling in advance to say what day we was arriving …. Kids had fun … drinks were expensive £2 for a can of pop food didn’t bother as couldn’t see the menu ordered a jug of juice got given 4 cups and told the lady would bring it over after half hour went to till she went off to the back and a young lad appeared sorted the issue … place needs a clean the toilet sink had no running water to wash hands ?! And rubbish all over floor think it needs some more love and attention brought to it as hygiene reasons should at least have a running sink in the bathroom and staff that should probably have more customer service skills instead of looking bored uninterested kids had an hour in there paid for two but had enough by this point suggest looking more into the business when booking and some honest reviews the play area is standard size but there are better out there

I've been before using a Groupon code and whilst the place could do with a clean and the toilets are disgustingly filthy, the kids had a blast and I couldn't complain considering the price I paid. Also the glow in the dark concept was cool. Visited again using the Groupon code and was met with different staff who made us pay extra because my daughter who had previously been allowed on by herself and is capable of it, this time needed an adult to supervise her. So we had to pay £2 on top for each child which is fine as it was peak time, £4.50 a slush and £9 extra for an adult to go on when my daughter didn't need supervising as was previously allowed on and the adult still sat out. Safe to say felt ripped off although they negated the adult price after I complained and the customer service put me off returning here again especially as I drove 30 minutes to get here and could've spent the same money somewhere locally. I won't visit again at full price - the only cool thing is the glow-in-the-dark concept.

Took my niece and nephew today and they absolutely loved it, the staff were so helpful whenever we asked them questions they was always keen to give you an answer, they also put some neon face paint on the kids so they could have glowing stripes while playing.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS PARTY! Had my sons 9th birthday party there a couple of weeks ago and it was a terrible experience. Kids aged 14 plus were there god knows why as it’s for younger kids and they were picking on my sons friends who he invited to his party. Staff members did not do anything and the place could do with security. Told food would be ready in 5 minutes and 15 minutes later STILL NO FOOD. 25 minutes later the food finally arrives. No plates for my sons birthday cake either! I would recommend to look at alternative venues if you wish to give your kids a great birthday party.

Nice place for kids and adults to have fun but depends on what sort of crowd you get in with we were not happy as the first hour was so relaxing and fun but as soon as one group of kids came in it was all ruined as they started pushing my little one's. The staff was helpful and offered us a soft play area which my kids did enjoy. But before you book your visit double if any group is booked in or stay with your kids all time

Came here 2 days ago and was great experience. Lovely young lad was great with the customers kind, friendly and welcoming. However the play centre next door isn't all that.
