Diabolical. I guess you do get what you pay for. Mobile skips that stink of urine and grease... Surly drivers who've obviously been trained at Donington Park.... Abusive attendants who aren't afraid of calling you a liar if their records are wrong... And that's if the bus even turns up in the first place. Don't be surprised if it never arrives... And don't expect a refund because they'll make it clear it's YOUR fault.

Very disappointing. Arrived 5 mins prior to boarding time, however was asked to wait before boarding by a member of staff (who proceeded to lock the door which allows access to the bus area). Was then never called back/ let through and I therefore missed my bus home. I raised this issue at the information desk and was accused of not arriving in time. Unfortunately cheaper tickets clearly means a cheaper service and poor organisation by Megabus.

First time trying the service. Staff turned me away after passing the gate despite being there on time, saying that all the people who booked were on the bus, clearly they can't even keep proper booking records. What's worse, no refunds on my perfectly valid ticket. Stay away and use national express instead

Been at Victoria station early waited for mega bus from 12 should be here at 1am now like coming up to 4am am so upset hasn't come . say on my ticket go to London Victoria for mega bus m12 am here and no think wasted £17 guess company won't bother helping refund me or get new booking I bet ,am very upset been traveling with mega bus for a while no think had a problem until now
