This was my first appointment with Chichi and I cannot recommend her enough - she is INCREDIBLE. Her professionalism and warmth was so refreshing and made me feel so comfortable and so welcome. Her studio space is lovely and has entertainment which is so important especially if you're having braids done. I had knotless box braids done and they look AMAZING. I highly recommend Chichi!!

I had a great experience getting my hair done at the Beauticianchic Studio. The service was outstanding. ChiChi is very lovely and welcoming. Her salon is pretty and well put together. I got box braids and they look wonderful, I would recommend. She seems to love her craft, and that is something I loved to see as a customer because I was assured that I would get the best service possible.

We found Chichi on google after a search for box braiding for daughters prom. Great service from start to finish. The reviews are accurate. Booking system very easy. Arrival instructions great and very responsive in communication.Upon arrival we was greeted in a very friendly manner, explained the colouring and throughout the appointment we was made to feel at ease with flowing conversation. My daughter is 15 years old and gets anxious with hair apps. But she felt comfortable. Chichi put her at ease and is very friendly.The end result was amazing and advice was given on care and styling. Braids exceeded expectations and looked fab. Very neat and the colours went well together. Pricing was very good and worth every penny for the braiding service. Salon is lovely environment. Thanks Chichi. My daughter will definitely be back soon.

Had the best experience here and I’m now never going anywhere else! So friendly, lovely, provided snacks and drinks throughout the whole time I was getting my braids done and my hair turned out amazing so happy with it and received so many compliments already! Will be back and will always get my hair done here ! X

The best hair braiding service I’ve ever had in Nottingham. I had knotless goddess braids.The customer service was A*, Chi Chi was so patient and attentive. The studio was beautiful. However, the best part of my experience was Chi Chi she was so lovely and a complete vibe!!!

Firstly have to say Chi is so personable with a vibrant personality that makes you feel both welcome and comfortable from first meeting her.Walking into her studio it was clean, well organised and inviting.I had small knotless braids (waist length) installed and all I can say is I am truly happy with the service provided. Definitely worth the money.Great conversation and very attentive in ensuring I was always comfortable. It was a please to have my daughter hair makeup and photo shoot done by chi chi. Making the appointment was straightforward and simple. I did not have to second guess weather or not I was making the write choice. When we arrived we were greeted by a bubbly personality, she was very inviting and made you comfortable. The allowed my daughter to enjoy her service while listening to her favourite tunes, it was like a mini party session in there. She offered free snacks and drinks. The deco was amazing. Chi chi made all the difference however I would 100000000% recommend her she is amazing. I can’t wait to get back there for my own pampering.

I finally found the perfect hairdresser. Chichi was so welcoming and professional. I knew that my hair was cared for and she wanted it to look nice. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I can't wait to book with her again!!!

I got knotless goddess braids and I love it! I asked for medium sized partings but with small braids and she understood the assignment! I have very thick and fairly long hair but Chichi did not complain, and she was so fast. I haven’t met a more personable stylist, she makes you feel like a friend. The studio is clean and great for pictures. I will definitely return and try more styles
