I have been at this surgery for 27 years, last year I had reason to complain to nhs England for which I had a satisfactory response from in August by the end of August my gp wrote telling me to find another gp. So my advice is never complain if you want to stay at this surgery

I do not understand how this surgery is 5 star. They refused my sons prescription milk and now refusing a protocol flu jab!

Very rude staff in the GP practice I don't understand the management never looking into I had very bad experience today with my son's an appointment they are no one willing to listen the situation and they treat the patient not fairly and they so rude and accrecive

Horrid place! they never pick up the phone and never have appointments available when they eventually answer.The other day I ended up spending the night in the A&E when I couldn't reach the practice. I was horribly sick and almost dying.Was told to go back to my GP for a follow after being discharged for the rest of my medications.Dr Kumar sent the medications the pharmacy quite alright but then had the Audacity to reduce the strength of the medication citing Medical preference without seeing me or assessing me at all!Need I mention that his staff are rude as well?If I could give negative star I would!

Not very co-operative although Dr Lafferty has been nothing but delightful to see, cannot say the same for other services offered. 7 months to book me in for new patient and items keep getting missed off my Repeat Prescription as Type 1 Diabetic I am extremely stressed each month when ordering . 7 months and still no Diabetic eye clinic booked. 7 months and still I have no Diabetic Nurse !!! Just not acceptableSteer clear of this surgery
