Asked for a simple cut (2 on the sides and back with a little off the front) but it was done as if the man was hopping on one leg while the sides and back are not to bad (compared to others in the area) the front was wonky and almost back to my hair line, my hair line is quite far back and I normally have my hair long over my forehead so I expected when I asked for a little bit off the front for it to be cut back to about eyebrow level and not the back of my head I am very upset as the site of my own hair makes me want to become a barber so people can get a better quality cut, would not recommend

I don’t normally leave reviews but my husband and I took our 20 month old son for his FIRST haircut- it was spontaneous. Normally I wouldn’t choose a hairdresser that it wasn’t recommended to me ( we don’t live in that area) but we are so glad we did come across this place! The lady who cut his hair was lovely and very professional- remember that it was his first time! My little boy looks so handsome in his new haircut! Very relaxed atmosphere! We will be coming back! Even though it’s about 20 min drive for us!Ps. They also didn’t charge us at all as it was his first haircut ❤️Thank you!

It's always a bit nerve-wracking going to a new hairdresser's for the first time. I tried Harveys Barbers on the basis of the glowing reviews here and I can confirm that the place is all that it is cracked up to be. Nice clean place respecting the CV-19 rules without being sanctimonious about it; really friendly staff; and, crucially, Scott, who cut my hair knows his business.
