I came to Garry as a competitive swimmer looking for pointers on how I could make small gains. He has a great little setup and was quickly able to identify some areas for improvement. Garry is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to break down the stroke improvement into manageable and comprehensible steps.

I would definitely recommend having one-to-one sessions with Garry. I have been attending fortnightly sessions, focusing on lengthening my stroke, with the ultimate goal to increase swim speed for 750m and 1900m open water triathlon swims.We have worked on technique, stroke rate and length, and completed conditioning sessions that have pushed me out my comfort zone and given me more confidence. Garry has also reinforced rest and recovery advice, and given me much more direction and focus for my own swim sessions in the pool and open water.The Endless pool facility is fantastic and Garry provides prompt feedback with high-quality video analysis.

I am a competitive swimmer who has competed at the British Swimming Championships and the English National championships. GTB coaching has helped me to analyse my strokes and to see where I can improve. The high level of technology and underwater mirrors allows you to watch yourself swim, really helping you to improve on your technique. Whatever your level of swimming, I highly recommend GTB coaching to help you gain knowledge on your swimming and to help you improve. Best 1-1 coach around:)

Our daughter is an aspiring young swimmer who is aiming to compete in the National Age Group Championships. Under Garry's guidance through one to one sessions in his pool she has been able to fine tune her technique in all strokes. The video analysis and personal feedback were excellent and helped her to visualise areas of improvement. Highly recommended for those wishing to improve their technique.

Attending one of Garry’s 1-1 sessions will give any swimmer at any level, a great understanding about areas where they can make small adjustments,but which will give big improvements in their technique.Being able to view yourself swim via video feedback, is a must for anyone, and certainly helped me understand my errors, even being a fairly competent swimmer.There are not many facilities like this, and the service is well priced.
