Wednesfield Park and Skatepark
Great Park for all ages and various activities. Skate park for scooters, bicycles and rollerblades available, as is a fenced off playground for the younger children to enjoy with a range of equipment for them to explore. Large green area to play football in, exercise or simply have a picnic. Exercise equipment along the footpath available to use as well. There is also a basketball court and the canal that runs alongside the park. Overall, a lovely park for a few hours of recreation for all ages.

This place it fine, I mean for a small park there is an okay playground and reasonably good skate park, however the area isn't the best, I have been an a couple occasions and have never felt fully safe, in the small childrens area, there always seems to be shady people around with no children or people who look like they are up to no good. However it is amazing to see teenagers playing on the skate park and not sat in front of games, the fields are quite large too and always friendly dog walkers about. It's fit for purpose however the antisocial behaviour puts me off coming a little bit.

Wednesfield park is ok, there is a nice play area for kids, good skate park for teenagers and lots of grass areas for footballers. Including a basketball court that can double up as a five a-side pitch. However there's no public toilets which makes spending a long time there very hard with little children. The nearest public loos are a ten minute walk away at the end of the High Street across the canal. Parking is also limited to narrow side streets around the park.

Super space with playing fields, play ground and basket ball court. Really good play equipment aimed at all ages. Nice path around the parameters. Also has fitness equipment so all round a great place to visit!

This place is nice for varieties of sports and exercises especially in summer. As early as 5am in the morning, you already have lots of people doing morning exercises especially on weekends.There were big football fields, volleyball and basketball courts, children section and the gym sections, etc. There were also relaxation areas with beautiful trees and flowers including other natural creatures like squirrels.There were also lots of friendly dogs with their owners walking around especially in the morning and evening.I always attend the park for relaxation and exercise with my family. My wife and kids like it there during outdoor.Recommended.

This is a lovely park to walk round and a nice area for the kids to play ..one to many ppl tho who don't put there dogs on a lead when there dogs need to be on a lead

An unexpected park. I only found this when googling parks around Wolverhampton for a photographic competition for the Tettenhall & District Horticultural Society's annual show. A good skateboarding area seems well planned but little used when I visited. I wonder if many youngsters know that it's there - come on Wolverhampton, tell the whole county what great spaces you have!!
