Stay clear from these rip off agents. Over charging for less than standard properties and asking for 5k upfront rent if you just earn under the 3x rent theshold even with a guarantor. Mind you yearly income is just under 20k without guarantor. Could of told us this on the phone we wouldn't of bothered booking a viewing or wasted our time. It's laughable really. Dont waste your time look else where. Just to clarify I was with the person who viewed the property and spoke on the phone to the agent who requested 6 months rent upfront.I wouldn't be too shocked if you start seeing more honest reviews like this being left when landlords and agent's are becoming greedy.

Fiona and Asha were amazing! We went to view the property and we got a phone call 2 hours later to say our mortgage offer had been accepted! They kept us updated at every step of the way and chased people when we needed things chasing! As first time buyers we were anxious about the process but they definitely helped me and my partner with this and reassured us at every step of the way! Cross Keys EstateDON'T recommended to any bodywaste of my time, according to my knowledge, I am very disapointedI have a feeling they have lied and misleaded the customer unless they come out with a real solution.I have spoken to Fiona. I think and believe she's the managerThe reason why I say that is,1, as soon as the property advertised on zoopla I'm the first person to speak about the property,(time 12:19 on the 6th Thursday day of April, she have my details she told me I will call you back to discuss about the viewing. but after 2 hours she didn't call me back so I called them back, she said they cannot make any appointment due to the Easter holidays and bank holidays. Only available date for viewing this property is the date they have booked me below.2, I have a booked appointment at 3:15 on April 12th, Wednesday.3, 11th Tuesday, today email them 8: 58am.but never replied. The reason why I emailed, I'm coming from far away I have to drive six hours to the appointment and according to that, I want to call them and confirm I'm coming tomorrow for the appointment and if there any appointment available for early viewing on (12th Wednesday). I am happy to booked in. She said all the appointment starting from 2pm is fully booked on 12th april.Also, I have mentioned, I would like to leave the deposit to secure the property for me because I like the property.4) Fiona, has told me she will discuss with the team to reserving the property and let me know,5,) Fiona, called back to me later, come out with this idea,Sorry property has gone during the weekend. somebody viewed and let out during the weekend.I don't know how that happened because she has told me there is no appointments available until the 12th of April Wednesday . First appointment Start at after 2 p.m. on 12th April Wednesday.So that means she didn't have time to show the property to anybody due to the Easter holidays and bank holidays.6) what happens if I go there without calling them on the appointment day, they have been booked. I did findout all this because I have contacted them to findout about the early viewing.If I went there to view the property without calling, which story going to make at that time? I am very disappointed about their customer service and how they mislead the customers.
