I had a meeting booked to register with them, I went early to the appointment couldn't find the office and so I telephoned and she told me we are not in the office now and I forgot your appointment you will have to register online. No thankyou wrong attitude.

I rang up and asked Sasha if there was hgv1 work available, she said only 7.5t so I said no thank you I'm a hgv1 driver ,she then said its £25 ph so I said OK, she then said spitefully 'but no ,your a hgv1 driver' and put the phone down on me.....too much petty ego....don't bother with this agency.Also,I think they are writing false reviews.

Encore is the best agency in Northampton.My recruiter Sasha is clearly one in the million! Sasha cares! He was supportive, intuitive and really made the whole process enjoyable.
