Failed Mot, tester said passenger airbag light is on and an instant fail before starting the Mot, asked if I'd like to continue with the test, I said yes as I'd still need to find out if it needed more.Tester said he couldn't conduct an Emissions test as the exhaust had snapped. 2 front tyres were below the limit.No resolution regarding the exhaust getting fixed, upon my own inspection a joining sleeve between the centre and front had slipped allowing the pipe to disconnect but he said it had snapped instead of the aforementioned sleeve slip.No resolution given about the tyres either.No resolution regarding the airbag light.It was an Mot test fail but No advice other than you'll need to get them sorted."

Outstanding service. Brought the car in at very short notice on a Sunday morning with brake issues on the day wee were leaving on holiday. The lad had it up on the ramp and repaired within an hour and a half, and he even replaced the wheel nuts as they were looking past their best which hadn't been identified on a recent service at another garage. Couldn't recommend these lads highly enough. Much appreciated

First appointment booked for 12/06 for oil and filter change, told not possible due to damage to cap from previous kick fit service, advised to allow time for part to be ordered and bring back next weekend. Booked in for 12:00 on 17/06, appointment changed by kwick fit at close of business on 16/06 to 8:30 am appointment, unable To query why as garage closed. Dropped car off at 8:30 on Saturday morning, contacted just after 9 to be told once again garage unable to complete the work. Spoke to manager and conveyed my displeasure, agreed that they would continue to work on car that day. Thankfully able to complete oil change and return car. The impression I get is you have too few staff, spread too thinly across multiple locations to provide the level of service that customers expect. I appreciate the staff at the location going above and beyond given the constrictions placed on them by an inflexible, top down, corporate process

It took them 3hrs to change three tyres,so one hour per tyre. We had 2 seperate Hospital appointments 1 at Ayr Hospital,which i'd waited 13 months for,and i missed it,even though i told them we had the appointments and it was imperative we got to them,and we had factored in a two hour break to be able to get there,and get something to eat before our appointments,and my Husbands appointment was at Hairmyers Hospital in East Kilbride,who when we explained why we were late,agreed to let my Husband wait till their list was finished and then they fitted him in. Extremely disappointed and if i didn't have a Mobility car and therefore Have to use them,then i would Not be back.

I was happy with tyre alignment but I have loose brake callipers.I asked your staff if I could book in for a repair.They told me that they won’t do the callipers as I recently got the discs replaced at my local garage.They said because they didn’t do the discs,they couldn’t do the callipers.The policy didn’t really make sense to me????

Staff very helpful although they don't work on motorhomes they sorted out my tyre pressure with a smile 100%

After filling the form for tyres on the web site I tried to go back to see a box to tick for wheel alignment on the web site. The form I filled in was blank and the booking was showing taken was this my booking or what?I phoned the head after waiting 1/2 hour to get through and after that the person put the phone down on me I don't even finish talking.i phoned the head again they advised me to ring fork street ayr to see if the 3.30 was still available.the booking was still available BUT they could not do wheel alignment he told me to try another branchI phoned maybole road Ayr surprise surprise their alignment machine was not working either! I phoned the prestwick road Ayr I was told I would have to go to fork street as that was where I was booked in I explained to the manager at Prestwick road Ayr he managed to get the tyres dropped off at Prestwick road ayrI spent 2'1/2hrs there I also asked for the free brake check that was not done.i dropped my disability wife (we are pensioners) with a walking frame at 3'15 to see the shops by the time I got away from the tyre centre the shops had closed leaving my wife waiting for me in the cold.

Online booking and payment procedure was straightforward. Work was completed as arranged. I had to return my vehicle later in the day to rectify an issue that had arisen from the work carried out, and this was rectified promptly. The staff were very polite and helpful.
