This review is for Brandon specifically.He was very helpful in securing my new flat in Tulse Hill. Being available for communications at all kinds of hours; and also going above and beyond in staying on in the office when work - or an emergency (like when my removals van cancelled) - meant that I had to arrive later than expected for a viewing and key collection.He continues to be supportive in these early stages of moving in; as such, I would say that he is a credit to the Foxtons Streatham office.

There is no other Estate Agents like Foxtons - they can sell anything at all! This is my second encounter with Foxtons Streatham and I must say 10/10 !!If you really want a polished professional service they are definitely 150% no 200% sure to make you happyMohamed Mohamed is top Negotiator, very polite and extremely calm. Amazing experience at Foxton's Streatham, Shout out to Nailah Cave, who was so patient and kind during such a stressful time! They made sure I was calm and kept me in the loop at all times, really friendly and professional service. I picked up my keys yesterday (got a free bottle of water, standard) and everything has gone so smoothly. Having all the stuff on MyFoxtons portal makes all the paperwork so much easier to complete - even though there's loads of it when you're moving, at least you know exactly what you need to fill in and feel sure you've completed everything you need to when it's all ticked off. 10/10

We had a really positive experience dealing with Brandon Douse, he’s been incredibly professional and helpful with taking us through the whole process from viewings to move-in. Additionally he’s made a great effort to help with any issues that have arisen since moving in to our flat. I’d highly recommend him & Foxton’s in future.

Absolutely horrendous experience letting my property with Foxtons yet again. Switched back to them after 2 years of self-managing and 2 years using Jacksons Streatham who were far more professional. Switched back because I needed a tenancy filling ASAP and wanted to avoid a void period and believed they would be the best people to help. Explained my previous woes to Stephanie Milton Gorvie who promised to turn my experience around, LOL. They then pushed me into a 3 year tenancy (DISCOUNTED by more than £200pcm - in the current market!!!), and without proper disclosure that the fees would be taken all up front leaving me with no rent for 3+ months. They take 2+ weeks MINIMUM to reply to essential queries in spite of hefty monthly management charges. My tenants also got in touch with them FIVE WEEKS AGO asking to move their rent date by a week (which I could not accommodate due to the recent rise in interest rates tripling my mortgage payment which goes out on a particular date) and they did not reply to them at all even though I got back to them immediately, so my tenants continued paying rent late not knowing that I had not approved this. Regarding sales, I had my property on the market for sale with them last year and they contacted me twice maybe three times in months, ignoring all calls and emails. So much for being the hungry ones". AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!"

Haven’t had the best track record with real estate agencies over the years. But boy did Brandon at Foxtons change that! Brandon was a delight from first meeting and seemed super motivated to find us the perfect flat. His communication was clear and regular, and when it came to securing the flat we ended up in he was quick and determined to get us in. 10/10 Brandon at Foxtons streatham is a G
