Amazing service. Had posh limo party bus for my daughters 13th birthday party, great service, arrived on time, friendly driver and even double checked with me we had everybody on board before leaving destination. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great day.

Terrible company who let down 16 school children who were looking forward to their prom! Not only did they cancel the party bus the day before they refused to give the deposit back straight away. Please avoid this sham of a company!

Thank you so much Posh Limos, we hired the big party bus for my friends hen party and it was fantastic! A great start to the weekend. The bus arrived early, was clean inside the only disappointment was the really cheap magnum bottles which were discusting and we did not drink but it didn’t put a dampener on our afternoon. I would definately recommend this company thank you so much x

I booked posh limos party bus to take me and my friends to blackpool and return a few days later. Bus was amazing had a fantastic trip there and back. Driver was very polite and friendly. Very clean inside and out. Turned up on time. Was much cheaper to hire the party bus for us all then getting a return on train. would highly recommend them.Infact i am waiting for a quote for my holiday next year.Thanx posh limo you made our hoilday 1 to remeber x

Horrible.... AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!How many times can this company pull the same scam and keep getting away with it? They will not stick to their contract or give you what you pay for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS If you care about making your occasion special, because this horrible company really does not! Other reviews are spot on... disgusting service straight up scam artists.

I booked a limo with what I thought was Potteries Limos until I paid the deposit and then asked to sign online contract which was headed Posh Limos. I voiced my concern with Steph in the office that I felt misled especially as reviews were so poor. She reassured me that I wouldn't be let down and was true to her word.We had a super night and Dave the driver was very accommodating so I would be happy to recommend them from my experience. I have given 4 stars only because the karaoke didn't work but the sound system was very good.

Absolutely amazing! This company had some bad reviews but I took the risk because the lady on the phone was so nice to me and it was the best thing I did!!!! I booked the 16 seater bus when I got to the night I got a phone call to say that the 36 seater was more convenient to get to me so they were sending that instead! Amazing! Driver was so much fun he gave us the option to play our own music but his was so good we left his on, he took the time to take photos for us and helped us all off when we were done! I would highly recommend! They set my 21st off with a bang! Thank you so much! :)

Truly awful company. Paid £495 for 1 hour with a 16 seater limo bus for a primary school prom which was supposed to have air conditioning and seat belts. A 32 seater turned up with no air conditioning (apparently it had broken) and no seat belts. This was in 30 degree heat - trip only lasted 30 minutes but lucky as girls said it was way, way too hot. When called to complain, a man said he was just ‘on call’ and to call Steph the manager on Monday morning. When I spoke to Steph she offered no apology and stated that none of their vehicles have seatbelts or air conditioning (hmmm for £495 an hour!!). When I pointed out that their marketing literature said otherwise she said that one was off the road. No apology offered - and Steph said the person I had originally spoken to was the owner Edward Frayling and I needed to speak to him!! If you google him you will see he has previously had his operating licence suspended for failing to monitor driver hours or maintain vehicles. Avoid at all costs!!!! His other companies are Top Gear Limos and Alsager Wedding Cars. Horrible people - both just hung up on me.

Im only rating one star as you can't give 0!!My partner booked the 16 seater party bus in march for our Daughters primary school prom along with 15 of her friend's. The day before the prom (12th July - 4 months after booking) the company phoned to say the bus wouldn't be available for the prom as there driver had walked out 3 days earlier!! She was told it would take a few days to refund deposit so this left the parents and children with no transport and short on money to arrange something else..when my partner asked if in way of sorry / compensation/ good will gesture for letting them down they could help to cover the extra costs they would incur finding a replacement she was told no. When she asked for the company owners number she was told she couldn't have it, so asked how she would contact the owner she was told she couldn't and would have to deal with the person on the phone who had no compassion or customer service skills! When she went onto their facebook page she noticed that the review section had been removed. Since this she has been told by several people about the nightmare they have also had with this company. Seriously consider before booking and paying a deposit to this company. We would hate for anyone else adult or.child to have to deal with the upset and stress we have!

Took booking back in March made by one of the parents for our kids prom 16 of them.All the kids were exited and looking forward to it only to receive a phone call the day before to say the driver as left and we can't do your booking after questioning shouldn't the driver work notice and can't you ask him if he will do the job the person on the the phone got quite sorry and said he can't he's in holiday do which was it of these they askedThere was only an offer if the deposit returned on card which takes days so even if we managed to find another we would need to put more money towardsNot very helpful very unprofessional surely it would have been better practice to try and get another company to do the job but there was no point trying to reason with them.If you want a reliable service not to get let down then don't book with this companyPay a deposit to secure which means nothingMore like a better paying booking come in and our kids were tossed aside and let down disgusting
