Will not be going back, to start with communication was great and everything seemed wonderful. Once you've paid and left the business it all goes downhill, I've had nothing but trouble since buying the car and I've had to wait days some times weeks for a reply and to the last email it's been months. I'm now left out of pocket and with no car so do not recommend tem at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!, bought car with full service history, within 4 weeks engine managment light comes on, call garage for repair, get passed to the warranty company, in the end i took it back in person and they sent it off to be fixed, went to collect the car after 2 weeks to be met with another fault, when pointed out to the mechanic all i was met with was being told the original problem was 'sorted', took another mechanic to actually do anything, car gets left for another week and a half to have the dashboard sorted out, pick up the car get 15 miles down the road and boom engine managment light is back have emailed twice to which my read recipt tells me they have been read, with no reply have also called and left voicemails with no reply.Image shows date and time the light came back on after collecting it the same day and driving for all of 20 minutesNow exploring any legal options and having to find another garage to do the work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!

If you need a car or van, Sanj is your man!Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a previous dealer, who clearly saw me coming as a single woman in a foreign country who had never owned a diesel car before! They sold me a VW that ruined my life for about eight months. Its unreliability was particularly dangerous since the main use of the car was towing a horse trailer! I was on the verge of committing some crimes to get rid of the car, but luckily a friend introduced me to Sanj before I could get done for insurance fraud for leaving it unlocked in my moderately dodge neighbourhood and encouraging someone to steal it. Or driving it into the river. That was on the table at this point.Sanj was extremely patient with me as I changed my mind several times about I wanted. Originally, I wanted another car with equivalent towing capacity for two horses. Then, fed up with my VW with the engine light being on again, I wanted literally anything that could tow at least one horse and a trailer that I could have immediately because I wanted the VW out of my sight with extreme prejudice.Sanj functioned as part car dealer, part mechanic, and part therapist for weeks throughout this process. Then, in thoroughly unlikely timing, I found an automatic 3.5t horse lorry, which meant I could downsize to a smaller petrol car.Despite already having a handshake agreement with me for another towing vehicle, Sanj patiently waited for me to get the 3.5t inspected and collect it, all the while letting me bounce ideas for my new everyday car off him, probably 20 times a day for over a week.As I narrowed in on a slightly more coherent idea of what I wanted, Sanj even accommodated a request for a specific colour and had it ready for me to collect within a week.The best part is: he took my VW for part-ex as seen, which included the engine light being on, because of course it was on, when wasn’t it on? Despite knowing the car has at least one major fault (I was honest about the severity and frequency of the issues I had since purchase) he gave me a fair price for it in part-ex and honoured my wish to spend not £1 more on it ever again. From the time I agreed to sell it to him I did absolutely nothing, I didn’t even have to fill the tank again, I didn’t clean it, and the dreaded engine light stayed on throughout.I also drove away with an extended warranty, and cheaper insurance (with NO BLACK BOX!!) and all the paperwork I needed. All I really had to do during this process was give a thumbs up to one of the several options Sanj sent through to me at all hours, knowing I wanted the new car immediately.I’m so excited to a) never see the VW ever again and b) drive a shiny red Mercedes I actually enjoy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after this.

Sanj was brilliant in helping me find my future motor. He sorted everything out so all i needed to do was a test drive to make sure and then pick up the keys! With my busy job, this was so helpful and not having to car hunt made all the difference. Definitely rate Sanj for anyone looking for a car. 5 Stars!

Bought a car from here this week and a truly professional service. From the walk around video to the actual viewing of the car was all done very professionally. Also come with a warranty which you don’t usually get with older cars. Amazing service would definitely buy from them again!!!
