Mercury have just completed a full refurb of my home and their products, service, communication and fitting was absolutely superb. From the first consultation to the final fitting - everything was seamless. This company is a credit to the fenestration industry. Would highly recommend them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their after sales service is non existent. Our property has windows supplied and installed by them and the seals have failed on at least 5 windows, resulting in leaks. They will not even come out to look at the problem and after my initial contact do not even reply to my emails.If it was possible to give minus stars I would.Have a look at the photos and decide for yourself. Appalling…..OK - so further update following the owners response to my review.I contacted him by email as requested detailing why I left my review. Surprise Surprise, he hasn’t bothered to respond.Just confirms my original review…

Started Using Mercury back in June 2020 when my previous supplier was unable to fulfil any orders on time and i can honestly say i wouldn't change suppliers!In the current climate you have to expect a few supply problems but Mercury staff went out their way to accommodate any delays from profile shortages.Products were supplied to a very high standard and all my customers are over the moon!Very happy and have recommended to many friends in the trade.S.A.Palmer

i have used mercury glazing on a site of 11 house sarted very well BUT as soon as they were paid the guarantee ran out i have had to call in a company to sort out there bad workmanship !!avoid all all costs only gave 1 star as nil stars would not post

Beware, very dangerous windows, they do not fit to manufacturers recommendations and windows fall out

Mercury are a fairly new supplier of mine but must give them credit where its due!Had very demanding customer with a large project and an unrealistic deadline but Mercury were able to accommodate which has allowed me to win further projected work with my customer!Thank you.
