Porsche Service Centre Brooklands

How do you rate perfection? Difficult I know. But our experience with the whole team there was just that. Excellent customer service with beyond expectations. Having travelled from Worcester to purchase our Macan which was a blind purchase I feel so far the effort was worthwhile. A huge thank you to Louis Dan and Rob and the ladies on reception. A class act.

I’ve been using Porsche Brooklands for over 13 years. They have looked after my last three cars. Always helpful and do a great job. A special thank you to Chris who helped me this morning without charging for the part or the advise on fitting it.

Had a very pleasant experience buying a second hand Porsche, Louis was very quick at getting the transaction through and made life easy for me. Would buy again from this dealer.

I can only say Brooklands went above and beyond for us. Having travelled from Cheshire to collect our new Macan a glitch in paperwork on our side meant we were stranded 200 miles from home on a Friday eve, the whole team at Brooklands made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier due to their kindness and foresight . Special thanks to Louis, Rob and the team, we love our new Macan but if we ever change we’ll be back to you guys :-)

I had ordered in advance but however was informed your company was not willing to take upfront payments over the phone and advised me to come down and pay. After closing my whole garage and making my way down to make a payment, there was no acknowledgment of any of the parts I required which meant I had to spend more time re ordering everything I needed which I believe is very poor customer service and not user friendly at all. Costed me a lot of time and issues with customers as I had to close my garage.

Recently bought an approved Porsche from Brooklands . Dan was fantastic to deal with - fair, and made the purchase process super smooth. I would have no reservations about making my next purchase with these guys .

Excellent service. The staff looked after us beautifully while we charged the car. Tea and mince pies - so glad we bought a Porsche!

NEVER AGAIN! Diagnosed my car with a turbo issue initially for £350 and wanted a further £810 for more diagnosis time. Decided to take it to another Porsche repair centre closer to home. Upon tow and arrival of my car at the next repair centre, I get a call saying that some parts of the car are missing and we’re not provided back by Porsche Brooklands, I called them asking what have they done with my parts as parts on a GTS are not cheap. They said it was in the passenger seat however it was not found there, I was told I would get a call back and that they will check with their service technician what happened with the parts. Guess what, they didn’t even bother to call me back. Serviced my car last year here and regret giving them my business. Will not recommend to anyone or my friends to buy or maintain a car here ever again. AVOID!! Better off going to a trusted dealer like Porsche East London where I have had issues resolved before with no worry.
