Good store. Very big and open so is easy to get around while avoiding other people, or for wheelchair users. They seem to have most, if not all, the products they advertise in their catalog.

Always helpful. Very nice staff. Are very devoted to being animal friendly and helping others and have an option to donate to those in need. Will definitely reccomend their skincare too as its helped me with severe acne and oily skin

Honestly the staff here are all polite, and lovely. Epecially Andrea who served me at the tills with my purchase, and she was such a delight.

Sue was really helpful in helping me choose a product today. Lady behind check out was helpful too. Looking forward to using my new products.

Excellent shop with different selections. Can't wait for Halloween for the pumpkin pie face cream. Staff also Very warm and welcoming

A visit once or twice a year to see what's new and pick up some old favourites. Good quality products which I use all year around. Get a Body Shop Card and you get a £5 credit on it as you build up points and on your birthday as well. I believe ingredients are ethically sourced and cruelty free.

Not like the name suggests it does not sell body parts (possibly eyelashes)-- but is a very good shop for body creams make up soaps for all types off skin--it has free parking and disabled parking so that saves money and is bright and well laid out and disability friendly as it's at ground level in Merry hill but there are lifts in merryhill

Popped into The Body Shop about a week and a half ago with my Mom. First thing I noticed was that, unlike other similar stores, we weren't jumped on and didn't feel pressurised by staff. We had time to look around for specific products I wanted to buy and only then a lady politely asked us if we needed any help. Once I'd picked out the products, the lady who served us on the till was really helpful and offered me a rewards card which I thought would come in handy. This specific lady was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed into the store. Also, there was an offer on and because I'd spent over £20 we got a lovely free gift of a make up bag with 3 products in! Very impressed! Overall, a very lovely and clean store with friendly staff and of course, beautiful products! Thank you The Body Shop! I'll be back again very soon!
