We have been customers of New Wave since 1995. We have recently had our bathroom refitted. It was changed from a bath and units to a walk in shower and units. Josh and his team advised us on the best products, measured and designed the en suite and helped us choose the fitments. He was patient, and helpful when we weren’t sure what style of units and tiles to choose from a wide selection.Product and fitting schedule went as planned.The two fitters (Gavin & Carl) were excellent, their workmanship exemplary, suggesting adaptions as necessary.We are thrilled with the quality of the end product and its installation and would recommend New Wave without hesitation.

We arranged an appointment to visit New Wave during the difficult period of restrictions being in place. Josh was very accommodating and was there as arranged. He left us to browse the various suites they have on offer but was on hand to provide advice and assistance when required, giving us different colour options available within the range we wanted. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision.We chose a Heritage suite and were very pleased with the products when they were delivered by New Wave. They were always on hand for any queries as we installed the suite ourselves.We are very pleased with the suite now it is installed and the quality is very good.Thank you to Josh for all his help.
