Visited from Liverpool on Sunday for the first time. I always go to the local Warhammer store when I visit a new place and I was really impressed by this one.The manager showed me around the the store was spotless and well organised as well as offering some rarities not seen in many stores like FW and merchandise.

Prior to my experience today at Warhammer, I didn't know much about it but was eager to learn. Upon entering a staff member named Gregor greeted me and my brother with a warm welcome and introduced us to Warhammer and to painting the figures. Gregor's service was exceptional, looking forward to visit again.

Staff are always welcoming and very helpful. The shop is always clean and well kept. I do think there should be more middle earth options though.

Great store, great staff, and plenty of selection on items. The only down note I have is that when I did pop in, the 2 staff members did see a little bit too occupied on painting their models rather than keeping an eye on people in the store. Other than that, the guy who did put down his paint brush did help and advise. Will probably order online, still like normal, as most of what I want is never in the stores anyway, but it's still good to go instore.

Nostalgic wander in off the street while killing time with oldest son. Great, bright shop open and welcoming. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Some fantastic displays are worth the visit on their own merit. Loads of stock. Huge plush Greater Deamon of Nurgle in the window. Do you need another reason to visit! Now, where did I hide my paints again...

I am from Phoenix Arizona and was visiting on vacation. The location in Arizona does not have the sets painted and ready to play, this place has all the warhammer sets put together and painted, very well I might add. The customer service was amazing. They don’t sell forgeworld in America and being able to get a model I have been looking to get made a great souvenir to take home. Then they gave me a few freebies that you get for spending a certain amount in the store. These guys were amazing. Thank you for a great experience.

My brother and I went to store as complete beginners to the warhammer universe. We had an excellent experience, Gregor’s customer service was outstanding, genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend, will be visiting again!

I have never played any of the games that are available here, but I was greeted with such enthusiasm and warmth that I felt like I was an old friend. Richard (?) took his time to explain the various games, levels, and platforms, and even invited me to make my first model. The store is really set up to provide whatever is needed for a fun gaming time.
