Very friendly and professional. I will always go and ask for Marci (may be spelt wrong) as she knows exactly how I like my hair and she always makes me feel comfortable. I hate having my hair cut but she makes the experience an easy one as I know the outcome is always going to be what I want and she's very easy to get on with and chat to.

Really lovely ladies, I had a lovely haircut I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome, will definitely be going back, I didn't catch the name of the lady that cut my hair but she was amazing, very knowledgeable about my hair type and gave me some really good advice thankyou so much

Myself and daughter love coming here, the staff are always so friendly great with advising if you don't know what you are wanting and such a great price. We won't go anywhere else x

I have had decent haircuts here but after my terrible experience last visit I will not return. I was given a hair-colour that was categorically not what i asked for, several shades darker than both my natural hair and the 'strawberry blonde brown' I asked for and agreed with my stylist. The haircut was so bad that the hairdresser I visited to fix it assumed I cut it myself in a mirror. The curtain bangs I asked for and showed photos of just never materialised despite me asking her repeatedly to do them; instead she kept cutting shorter and shorter face framing layers until I had a few tiny pieces of hair on my forehead. The long layers in the back I asked for were cut 6 inches apart and no attempt at blending made. There were weird asymmetric pieces of hair sticking up everywhere. When I expressed my dissatisfaction my stylist became very sulky and angry. The manager offered a set of free highlights and to have my cut fixed but only by the same stylist again, saying if I wanted someone else I needed to pay again, on top of the £86 I was charged to have my hair ruined. I unfortunately do not remember her name but avoid the stylist with the red hair at all costs! Cellys do have good stylists but theres no guarantee and the customer service is appalling.

Asked for a trim and got an uneven, poorly done haircut. Everytime I've gone to Celly's it has gone wrong. I know they have got mainly grandma customers but that doesn't mean it should be done on younger customers too. The growout was already painful from a previous Celly's appointment but now it is even worse. Just because I have thick hair doesn't mean I don't deserve a decent haircut. The back is long and the front is extremely short which is not what I asked for. Great can't wait for the months this will take to grow out esp with holiday coming up too. I'll go to a hairdresser where there is actually qualified people next thanks. I have been going for years and they have ran out of chances and their price isn't good anymore either

Amazing atmosphere, so clean, lovely salon and the staff were all so jolly and friendly, and the actual results where amazing

I had stupidly put a box dye on my hair and it went so dark. Fairy liquid wouldn’t even wash it out. Sabine made me feel relaxed straight away and that she knew exactly what she was doing and able to lift the colour and get me feeling confident and back to being me and that’s exactly what she did and told me how to treat hair at home with purple shampoo and have days where I leave conditioner on as long as possible if I’m not going out all day.

Wanted to find something not expensive and was on holiday here and saw was a walk in,apart from the receptionist who didnt really listen to me and made a comment that i changed my mind on something which my partner heard her say,anyway marcia was amazing the hair stylist and listened to what i wanted plus was complemetary to my hair and its colour and thickness and advised me she cut it to my short style again and wad very friendly and i gave her a tip as was very happy with her service cutting my hair
