I contacted Alex through a Google search after reading his positive reviews. He answered me promptly on WhatsApp and we arranged a phone call. Alex listened to me while I explained the problem my son was having with his gaming pc. He explained his price for diagnosing, which is very reasonable, and what he thought might be the issue. We then arranged for me to drop the PC off at his business. Alex was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within the hour and got back to me with links to the the product I needed to purchase. I asked him to check if the PC needed serviced and he confirmed all was good with updates etc. This was all on a Sunday. I can't thank Alex enough and can confidently recommend him for all your IT issues. I am so pleased to now have an IT guy to help when things go wrong. My son is happily back using his computer.

First class service. Laptop had the dreaded blue screen of death. Received a call with 10 minutes of booking an appointment. Dropped of laptop which was returned with an hour and a half as good as new. Brilliant, highly recommend.

Brilliant service. Problem booting PC on a Sunday morning. Called Alex at PC Repair Services. He collected PC, within an hour and a half. Gave useful updates on WhatsApp. Restored corrupt Windows files, and the PC was returned in working order, within three and a half hours. Extremely reasonable charges. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. I would definitely recommend.

If I could give more stars, I definitely would! What a fantastic service! Communication was first rate, and my two laptops were ready ahead of schedule, costing less than the original quoted price. The aftercare is second to none, I received a follow up call to check if everything was okay.I would highly recommend PC Services, and will use them again .

Alexandr knows his stuff. Exceptional service even on the weekends. I'm a Video Game Director, I'm basically dead in the water without my laptop, so I'll only entrust it's repair to someone I have complete confidence in.

Alex is super in his service. During repairing of my laptop, he send picture of every step and explained every problem and solution in detail. I got my laptop with in time. Even after repair, when I faced little bit of issue, he came to my home and resolved issue within 2 minutes. Thanks Alex for repair and even for after repair service. Keep it bro

I needed a new keyboard and speaker for my Macbook. Alex's service echoed his online reviews. The communication was excellent, and he kept me updated about the repair throughout the process. WOW! I don’t really know where to start with this - but I think if you are one of those people who think that customer service has gone to the dogs then Alex and his company will completely change your mind! I am actually blown away by the service, communication and professionalism of this service!9pm at night Alex was responding to my messages, his pickup service made it easy for me to get my laptop seen as I work ridiculous hours all over the city and when he arrived he handed me his business card and his terms and conditions.Just everything about this is SO slick and honestly, I think you have an amazing business model that most could learn a lot from!Five stars x 2 from me!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Thank you!
