What a great service. Booked in the morning, technician came same day and early too. Battery changed and phone is like new!

The guys at Fix My Mobile are very professional and helpful. They actually care that they have done a good job. My disabled son's phone was having major issues and wouldn't work at all, Fix My Mobile came to the house and picked up the phone, they fixed it and dropped it back a couple of days later. Unfortunately there was still an issue so the guy took the phone away again, bringing it back a few days later. It was now working, but we had an issue with a supposedly genuine charger we had bought that wouldn't charge the phone so he came out again the same day, bringing a brand new superfast charger with him, he then stayed with us for a good 20 minutes to make absolutely certain the phone and the charger were compatible and working well together. I cannot fault the service we received as the guys went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my disabled son had a working phone as quickly as possible. Thank you Fix My Mobile, my son and I are very grateful.

During the Covid lockdown it was very difficult to find somewhere I could get my phone fixed, however I came across this company on FB and have used them multiple times since. The service is excellent, very reliable and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone! I won’t go anywhere else now.

What a fab service my mobile phone insurance company wrote my phone off as old (I have an iPhone 6s and not repairable plus it would have cost me £100 excess !! ) well they repaired it to a high quality and replaced my battery and new screen protector for £72 all at home and it’s as good as new - thank you would recommend again !! Have used these on a few occasions now and am more than happy with the end result. My son had smashed he’s iPhone and I was told by the apple shop it wasn’t fixable, I had Mem round to fix an iPad and I showed him the phone and he said he could do it, he had ir back to perfect within an hour. This guys work is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone and he’s price are not over the top either. Promise you won’t go wrong if you use this guy.
