Food was delicious, everything was hot fresh and tasted lovely! Service REALLY lets this place down, no wonder they add the tip as standard because they wouldn’t be getting it otherwise. The waitress came over poured the rest of my can of coke into the glass and took the can, we ordered a small amount at a time as we didn’t want to waste anything after we had ordered from the main section a second time but this was only our 4th/5th dish we had eaten and finished all our food, they took the menu away, and generally we felt very rushed out the door, there was no smile with the service, everyone was abrupt, however I would go back as the food was really nice, also no accessible toilets, we had our baby with us and I had to ch age his nappy on the bathroom floor of the ladies which was inconvenient also not wheel chair friendly as up a steep flight of stairs

Lovely food… BUT…Refused to be allowed to take some leftovers home. This was not an untouched dish but a mixture of food, put together that was left over. Told you cannot take food home, and it will be thrown in the bin. Despite us having already paid for said food.10% service charge automatically added to bill despite terrible service by younger staff. Removing dishes whilst we was eating and even tried to take a plate someone was still eating the last mouthful from.TAX added onto drink?! £22 bottle of wine changes to £24.20, queried and told that’s TAX.Such a shame as food is nice, but the restaurant is a rip off and cons customers.Do not bother attending, save your money and go somewhere else.

I booked at table with my elderly, disabled parents on night of 20/08/23. My father is 84 and registered disabled. When we arrived, to our shock and dismay, the waitress ushered us up a 10-12 inch high step (see photos below). Due to his disability and age my father was unable to negotiate this. He has serious issues with his leg arteries. The drop down from this step could have proved fatal for him. Having informed the restaurant that my parents were disabled, we pointed out to them that my father was unable to climb up and down this step. The staff were completely unmoved. We asked if they had a ramp, to which they replied they did not have one. A male waiter was very unsympathetic and downright rude and arrogant. We were about to walk out when a female waitress ushered us to a table which was on one level. She had initiative. Her male colleague had none, coming across as thick as two planks. There is no ground level toilet. This restaurant's staff seemed completely oblivious to the law on making services accessible to disabled people. The Equality Act 2010 defines Disability and Age as Protected Characteristics. It states businesses providing services to the public are legally required to make adaptations for disabled people. This restaurant is failing to comply with this legal requirement. Why do they think they can flout Equality law? We are seriously considering reporting this lack of adaptations to the Local Authority and HSE in the interest of disabled people. The standard of service thereafter was absolutely rubbish. The staff lack friendliness, courtesy and are arrogant. The only good thing to say is that the food was good. Everything else about this restaurant was rotten. We will not be dining here again due to this bad experience.I would advise disabled people to avoid this resturant as, to it shame, it does not comply with the law on making adaptations for the disabled.

Well what can I say! We were in the area, and decided we wanted Chinese. I noticed this restaurant and went in. It looked very nice with decor, but unfortunately the manager was very abrupt. I only asked for a table. He found a table and said you only have an hour and a half as he had a party coming in. (We were a walk-in) the waitress were ok but didn't like the way they were next to the diners whilst eating. Decided to take the food away , as I was now upset the way the manager was rude. The food was cold, tasteless, and not worth the money. I feel he needs to go back to the classroom, and learn customer etiquette.** I advise to avoid this place**

Loved this all you can eat buffet. You order what you want and they bring it to your table so all the food is fresh. So, you are not eating food that has been sitting out for ages. Definitely coming back here.

Have been using this place for 30 yrs. we parked in front, as we have done before. Unbeknown to us, they have changed and use this to access deliveries. That’s fine but the way the manager told us we couldn’t park was rude. Not the way to treat customers. Had he been polite, we would have happily re-parked. Service with a smile it was NOT

Great location for parking because the entrance or at least one of them is at at the rear of the high st north side which is lined with car parks . The menu is set for as much as you can eat for £24 per person which is fine and we tucked into some lovely food which we all ( 6 of us ) enjoyed . I had 2 pints of soda and lime which we found out when the bill was given was £8 … yes £8 . Three others were drinking alcohol and had 2 glasses each , one drinking water and one drinking coke . Three of us had an ice cream desert . How they managed to ramp this up to £42 per person I’ll never know . £252 ! Sorry but that is London west end prices . The lady serving was abrupt , if not rude with her gesturing to hurry and pass the plate over to her when we finished and generally during the duration showed no interaction or friendliness. A service tip of 10 per cent was added to the bill which we were unaware of . Needless to say we feel ripped off and won’t be going back . So eastern oriental , a lot of people read these reviews and will by virtue realise , what is promised is a long way from what is taken

Check the small print on the menu .After eating here with family, i would suggest people check the menu after adding nearly £30 service charge, which i thought for the poor service we received was unacceptable. i asked for this to be removed and was told the buffet included a 10% service charge, which couldn't be removed. The food was really good but the service wasn't good. 1st waiter we had was really good, but the female waitress was so pushy i didn't feel like i could order what i wanted she kept pushing us to certain dishes and telling us to share which ended up at the end of the night with food left over because it wasn't what we wanted to eat .Also, service was extremely rushed, and once your food was put down, it was difficult getting anyone's attention again it's supposed to be all you can eat buffet. I won't be visiting again purely down to service. The food was really good, but again, i wouldn't have left a £30 tip for the service we received.Worst thai green curry I've ever had looked like they used bisto for the sauce.

Everyone was really friendly, they keep asking if you want anything else so you're not made to feel like you're being an inconvenience. Really great value for money as the unlimited buffet is only £19

It's all you can eat for a certain price. The food is delicious. Fresh and hot. Service was excellent. Elaine our waitress was exceptional. One of our favourite eateries.
