if you would like the work quoted for done in the time frame quoted or for the job to be completed this is NOT the trader for you.our hall stairs and landing was meant to be completed in 5 days, including wood work, we also told, by Gav, he would happily varnish our floors at no extra cost (this should of been a red flag admittedly). the prep and painting of the hall stairs and landing, NOT including wood work, took 7 days in total, we found this trader likes to only work half a day as our Ring camera could see him pack up his stuff between 12.30 - 1.00 every day, despite his messages around 3.00pm saying he had just left.on the 7th day of, we were told that Gav had booked another job to start the following day and wouldn't be able to come back until we had gotten back from our holiday. Safe to say, despite having arranged a date for him to come back and complete the woodwork we did not see him, he has also ignored all of our messages since.please do not waste your time and money on this time waster. my biggest regret has to be paying him for the work completed, because just maybe if I didn't he might of actually came back to finish the job!
