Very rude staff. Jade in perticular seems to think she is better then her customers. Would never return to this salon. In future I will be going to Richards hair in cheslyn hay! A lot better service, salon and results

In a normal salon it takes 2-3 hours to colour my hair. Here I left after 1 hour with wet and still with grey hair. As a bonus I had to brush own hair at the beginning. My worst experience ever.
