Efficient, prompt and polite team. I was never let down during the almost eighteen months of my interaction with Martin & Co. Will definitely recomend them for letting services.

They get 1 star.I will stay clear ...I arranged for a viewing of one of their property.Took time off work to accommodate their time slot given.Met at the property with the agent, Very little was said about the property itself and more so, about the number of viewings they have about the property and the deposits required ..I did put my name down,and was told that it would be shortlisted and will find out in 2 days ..It,s been over a week. And still no news.Not sure it this was the norm,rhat they just dont contact you if your application is not successful .I will not use their services again and would not recommend them ever.

We used Martin & Co for both help letting out a property and then selling the property. Martin & Co were so helpful for both processes. They were so efficient and with great communication. Would highly recommend and use them again in the future.

The initial valuation was thorough with no pressure to sign, and once the ball was rolling everything was carried out efficiently. Martin’s in Dunfermline were our letting agents. They were always on the ball, very quick to inform us of any problems and arranging for solutions very speedily. Always friendly and helpful on the phone (our contact was almost exclusively via phone and email). We were with them for over 9 years and we built up up a very good relationship over that time. I've just come to the end of my tenancy in a property let by the Dunfermline office of Martin & Co.In the process of finding a place to rent I had dealings with a good few companies, and was surprised at the disinterest verging on contempt from some of them.Thankfully Martin & Co were not at all like that. This was the first time I had rented a property and they helped immensely guiding me through the process(es). We were able to complete the Tenancy Agreement online...all.signed and sealed from the comfort of my living room. They are friendly and approachable whilst remaining businesslike. Their communication throughout was excellent and all my queries were handled within a maximum of 24 hours (excluding weekends), usually far quicker. They also gave me plenty of notice if they, the landlord or whoever needed access to the property.Another thing which speaks volumes of Martin & Co is the way I felt respected by them. I wasn't just tenant number 231, or at least I didn't feel like I was! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond what I would have expected on a few occasions.There's probably more I could wax lyrical about, although I fear this review is becoming a bit if a rambling tale. Suffice to say, I would heartily recommend Martin & Co to anyone who would listen to me.
