As an adult in her early 30s, I would definitely recommend coming here to learn to dance, destress, or simply lose weight.#1 Inclusive culture: No one judges you, even if you're just a newbie. People cheer for your accomplishments and progress.#2 Professional teachers: You'll find excellent instructors here, which can be challenging to find in other studios when starting from scratch. It's crucial to select the right level rather than jumping from level 1 to 100.#3 Convenient location: The location is incredibly convenient for meeting my friends in both central and non-central London.As a dedicated member myself, losing weight is a side benefit. What I gain here is more than just weight loss - it's about embracing yourself, enjoying the music, and having fun while dancing. I'm grateful to have this studio. I've also met some foreigners who are about to leave. They mentioned that one of the things they will miss is this studio. I'm also writing this as a testimonial for them and myselfPS. There's light effect like a night club - just don't need to be harassed or harass boys. I am the girl harassing boys.

I started classes at AYB a few months ago, and am in awe of how lovely and inclusive the studio is. They truly have created such a welcoming and supportive community. The instructors are amazing at their craft, encourage your learning, and ultimately make dancing so much fun! I can't say enough positive things about the instructors at At Your Beat Dance studio. They are truly talented individuals who bring their energy and passion to every class. I’ve tried so many different studios in London and AYB is by far the most welcoming. The team are full of energy and create and environment where everyone feels celebrated. The vibe is unmatched! AYB, this studio and all of the instructors and support staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming and knowledgable. Everyone is so generous with their time and because they are so approachable you can really understand your body and the happy side effect is that you WILL fall in love with yourself through movement. Reconnecting with dance after so many years as a plus size POC was made so easy with this queer friendly environment. My mental health has been forever changes and my physical health has improved astronomically! This is not just a dance studio, this is IT! I have made so many wonderful friends for life :)

Amazing dance studio for all levels. I initially came to get more comfortable with by body in preparation for dancing at my wedding. The classes and teachers are amazing! It’s been more than a year since the wedding and I never stopped comming ❤️

I’ve been going to AYB for over a year and it’s by far the best dance studio I’ve been to. The teachers are supportive, patient and really cares for those that want to build their dance techniques and skills. Not only that, they also make it a safe space for the community to go and shake a stressful day away and escape from reality for an hour or two. And to top it off, the people that go here are so friendly and give off such a great vibe and make you feel like you’re not alone. I’ve met some really nice people here and made some friends along the way. Forever grateful for the teachers and the community at AYB <3

At Your Beat Dance Studio is hands down the best dance studio in town. The instructors are incredibly supportive, patient, and talented. They have a way of making everyone feel comfortable and confident, regardless of their skill level. The variety of dance styles offered is impressive.The studio itself is state-of-the-art with top-notch sound and lighting equipment.
