Just got a car through these guys and WOW! Within 2 days cars been delivered and everything has been so smooth, I dealt with a guy called will Taylor and his customer service was 10/10 spoke to me out of hours, kept me upto date with everything, and honestly was such a friendly guy he treated me like a friend, will 1000% be recommending to everyone and will carry on using for many years!

Excellent service. So quick and efficient. Any issues with your car they get it sorted straight away. Your credit score is not an issue as they work round your financial situation and put a payment in place to suit you. Highly recommend love money finance.

Matthew went out his way to personally see that my car was sorted and delivered it to me in person. After having the car a week it had to go back to London for a gearbox rebuild. Then a week later. I have had a few problems with the car, Matthew has sorted them. Today he even let me have my old bmw back which I originally px for the qashqai.

Amazing service had my car the next day, Will sorted it all no hassle for me would definitely recommend!

Had issue with clutch after 2months of having car, been trying since October to get refund back from this company with no avail, they don't even answer my texts or calls car still under warranty, what a joke of a company

Delivered my car to my house while I was at work. Basically threw car keys at my daughter without giving her chance to go over the car. No paperwork left,no paperwork signed,.Dents down driver and passenger door which they didn't mention and i reported to them as soon as they were noticed in daylight day after delivery.and then said they would pay half to repair.. Auto light flashing on dash indicating battery fault. Promises of a new battery but nothing so far. Said they would send money to my bank account to cover cost of buying a battery local to me,still nothing over 8weeks later.completly ignoring any messages I am sending them.dont answer phone calls or return themWill never reccomend this company .In process of reporting to trading standards and getting a solicitor involved.

Is one off the unprofessional company, I found a car after they tell me I need to make an application to be checked if will be approved, when I put the application they start lying, a first-person tell me the car already have been sold, another person from telling me different thinks, finally after a long conversation on WhatsApp they call me, they tell the first person for which I spoke his crazy….. finally for couple hours they tell me they are Same things as a broker, Careful they are scammers
