Mobile Motorhome Care
We needed some urgent advice and our usual caravan mechanic was on holiday. We rang Kevin and he could not have been more willing to help us out of a tight spot, his advice saved us a lot of money and we are very grateful. He is unfortunately not in our area as we would love to use him for servicing and repairs.

Really recommend Kevin. So helpful, very thorough and persistent til problem with boiler fan solved. He's cheerful and friendly and knows his stuff.Charging reasonable rates too - what more could you ask for?!

Kevin recently undertook the annual habitation service on my touring caravan alongside dealing with a couple of minor repair issues. All in all very pleased with the service provided and would thoroughly recommend Mobile Motorhome Care to fellow owners of caravans and motorhomes who'd prefer the engineer visit them!

I used Kevin's services to do an annual habitation check on our caravan after a recommendation from a friend. If anything, he did a better job than I expected. He was friendly and professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He has a complete range of top quality tools and I feel absolutely satisfied that my caravan has been checked properly and carefully and it is fit for another season's travels. I didn't even have to empty the caravan of our possessions - he simply worked round stuff. Top bloke and booked for next year already.

Having booked a habitation check, after an hour, having turned the leaking water pump on and cutting a piece of pipe, he said he wasn't going to undertake the habitation check.He charged me £60 and said he'd order some parts and call me and return to fix my water.Two weeks later I called to chase and he said he'd call me back that evening - that was 5 days ago.So now I'm £60 down and still have no habitation check, plus a remaining leaking water system

Kevin carried out a habitation check on my Campervan yesterday. He quickly responded to my initial enquiry and booked me in at a convenient time, arrived as promised and did a good job with a smile on his face! Having tried to get a main dealer to even answer the phone and another repairer who never returned my call he was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended, thank you Kevin!

Great thorough service on my caravan, Kevin also showed me I had a fault on the trailer brakes when manufactured by ALKO who had accepted liability but which had not been found despite my requests for checks to the caravan supplier whilst under its guarantee period. He arranged replacements and fitted both new brake shoes and drums. the parts all came in under estimated cost which was passed on to me.Thanks Kevin, see you next year.
