After a realy bad week trying to get hold of the customer support/service team with no avail. I went into the Shirley hud to be greated by a nice polite young lady. Very helpful and book an engineer to visit the next day. Engineer didn't show up with my wife waiting in all day. so back to the shop I went( not happy). And the sane young lady with the help of a colleague got my problem sorted. THANKYOU SHOP STAFF. Shame your customer support team can't be the same

You really need to sort the payment system out half the time I go to the shop to top up my top ups are rejected. Now I’ve made an online payment and it was unsuccessful and you’ve taken my money which will be refunded in a few days. U can’t keep doing this. Weir currently sat here with NO electricity. Sort it out

I'm sure the store is great but the customer service team over the phone is shocking both me and partner take unpaid time off work for engineer to cancel of us 1day before there join out 3 time now want we rebook it been told its 3mouth wait before we can get or meter put in

I moved my new flat 10 january and before ı havent any energy supplier. Old tenant used utilita electric top up card. I called 13 january octopus energy supplier for subscription and they accepted my subscription. I don’t know why utilita energy supplier always reject my transfer.I don’t want to use utilita energy but they 2 times received my subscription.I haven’t any outstanding balance.When I called utilita they told me you can chance your energy supplierBut they reject my transfer 2 timesRidiculousWhat is the problem??? When I called utilita call center they told me ok you we can do your transfer
