I met Ashley through a class at my local gym, having been impressed with the class I decided to give her small group PT try as something a bit different. What stood out about Ashley is that she's really enthusiastic about what she does and takes a vested interest in people. None of the workouts i have done have lacked creativity, ive done exercises ive never heard of let alone tried and even then the exercises I am familiar with Ashley has introduced interesting variations to these that have pushed me. The other thing to note is that Ashley is really good at working with people at their level, she takes time to explain exercises and routines and is really good at giving guidance on adjustments to help you get the most out of an exercise or make sure you are doing it correctly to avoid injury. All in all really happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend, wether you're a gym/exercise nooby or a seasoned veteran!

I don’t know where to begin with Ashley, she is an amazing and inspirational person and Personal trainer. I reached out to Ashley as I was going to gym/classes and seeing no results. She new exactly what I needed to change up in order to reach my goals. Within weeks I felt stronger, fitter and my confidence would grow with every session. Ashley is so motivating and enthusiastic you can tell she actually cares about helping you be your best self. Not only is she a PT but she has completely changed my relationship with food and changed my eating habits for the better. Which I am now sharing with my family and creating a healthier life for us all. I finally feel proud of myself and what I have achieved and this is only the beginning. Ashley has changed my life for the better! Hands down the best PT I have ever worked with, I would highly recommend her :)

Following my surgery for Endometriosis I was feeling very helpless as to how I could possibly get my fitness back.I decided to give Ashley’s stretch & Mobilise class a go about 6 weeks ago.I have many year of fitness classes behind me and I can honestly say that it is the best class I have done.Stretching has never formed a big part of any of my workouts but I now realise how important it really is.I have never been flexible but after 6 weeks of attending Ashley’s class only once a week my flexibility and mobility has improved no end - I can now touch my toes - up until now this has always been mission impossible. I can’t wait to see where I’ll be in a few more weeks!Not only is Ashley a fantastic trainer but is also a great listener who is full of encouragement and is so passionate about helping me achieve my goalsThank you so much Ashley x

I had PT with Ashley for 4-5 months and she really helped me with my diet and fitness. I’m still following the diet plan she gave me and feel confident now to incorporate different meals while still maintaining my weight loss. From a fitness point of view I feel so much stronger and have much more stamina now so am aiming to complete a 10km run in a couple of months. The knowledge and experience Ashley has regarding diet and fitness is amazing and she really helped me on my journey

Ashley is a wonderful personal trainer who is committed to helping each person achieve their individualised goals. My previous gym routine was mostly cardio but Ashley has helped me to step outside of this and use new machines which has allowed me to get stronger. Ashley is very knowledgeable and focuses on a holistic fitness routine including ensuring stretching and flexibility were all part of my programme. As well as being technically excellent, Ashley is very approachable, friendly and kind. I have so enjoyed my sessions with Ashley and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

I started PTing with Ashley over a year ago to improve my running, and wowsers not only have I improved I’m hitting PBs at every race. I’m feeling stronger and more confident too by learning about fueling correctly with her expert guidance on food, gaining strength training knowledge and learning about different stretches too. My body shape has changed so much and I’ve dropped a couple of dress sizes (a rather positive bonus!). Definitely the best investment I’ve made in me having Ashley as my PT!

Ashley has been training my wife Stephanie and myself together now for the past few months and we are absolutely loving it! The sessions Ashley designs each week means we can not only train together but complete the same workout at our own level. From the first session to now we have seen massive gains and Ashley is a great motivator and keeps all the sessions fun and fresh. If you need a PT to create something bespoke for you would highly recommend.

I have been training with Ashley for months now. Ash is by far one of thee most hardworking women I know. In the time we have trained together Ash has been so supportive and the encouragement has been endless!! Her techniques are amazing and she is extremely helpful!! I would recommend Ashley to anyone and everyone!! In the past months she has been by my side with any help and advice I have needed. And I have never regretted making the decison to train from her. She is so positive and supportive!! You will never need the gym again!!!!! Get booking ladies!!! X
