I can't recommend e- trailers highly enough. Jeff and his team were great at sourcing and supplying all the parts to refurbish my boat trailer, nothing was to much trouble. Jeff offered me a lot of helpful advice too. I have had a real 5 star experience.

Might sound really daft but I wanted a spare that matched my originals.Others had tyre with disclaimer tyre may differ from picture" but Thanks to e-trailers I got the perfect matching wheel and tread.A little OCD but Thank-you"

Called e-trailers for advice about a suitable trailer and spoke to Jeff. Great guy, full of knowledge, very friendly and advised I’d probably be better with a cheaper model than I was looking at so certainly not out to rip you off!Also had some great ideas regarding suitable winch setups which have turned out to make life so much easier for my unique situation. Great communication, well recommended.

Fronted by a real guru who takes time to listen to understand what's wanted then offer EXPERT advice and guidance.I was navigated through a minefield of parts options but with encyclopaedic knowlege of my kit I was offered great prices for exactly the right parts.Delivery was very quick and the overall service was EXCELLENT.The only downside is just how busy the phone lines were, but with such a great service I am not surprised and well worth waiting to get through.

After struggling to Locate the correct axles for my box trailer, I contacted e-trailers for some advice and to source a range of replacement parts, including the Stub suspension axles. I went through to Jeff who meticulously ran me through each of the components and key characteristics that I needed to check to ensure that they supplied me with the correct parts, even directing me to their very informative YouTube channel.The level of passion, experience and knowledge was impressive; this guidance corrected some of my errors that avoided unnecessary delays and cost to get the job done. Unfortunately, some of the parts I needed were not in stock at the time and Jeff was kind, and fair enough to direct me to an alternative source to support me getting the job done. Very grateful and will certainly be using e- trailers again. Rob

can`t say enough about these guys, spoke to Joe late on Thursday night expecting Tuesday or Wednesday delivery, everything I ordered was in my workshop Monday by 10am, Job done, price right and my customer happy. definitely use these guys again.adhautomotive.
