We have just purchased a new coffee machine and subscription from Emily who was amazing. We approached Emily with no idea of what we needed, she was very informative, extremely patient with us and so helpful. The whole experience was outstanding and we can not thank Emily enough highly recommended.

After buying a pop machine we went into register as well as get a whole load of free coffee, thank you.The team in store where amazing and took the time to chat and explain the types blends and strengths of their coffee, how best to get started and how to buy.They even offered us to drop by every time we where near an Nespresso to try a free coffee.Loved the customer experience

First and last visit to this store. I was going to purchase a AEROCCINO3 MILK FROTHER at the advertised price about £20 off the normal price. After queuing for some time when I was finally served they tried to charge me full price. I questioned this and was asked do I have an account with them. No I don't. I just wanted to purchase it. The staff member then told me I would have to pay full price and it would not come with any warranty or guarantee unless I had an account. I said I you sure as that is against the sales of goods act and consumer rights. They stuck to do their guns and would not offer any warranty on any new item unless you have an account. Obviously I declined their pi's poor service and left never to return. Avoid this sham store. Once home found the item I wanted cheaper online anyway but didn't buy it on principle.

I wanted to buy an aeroccino but was also tempted by the Barista, but it looked a bit complicated to me (it’s very fancy!). I was advised to come back and speak to Gaz, the Barista expert. I came back especially the next day to speak to him and my goodness was it worth it! The customer service was second to none, he definitely knows his product, even made me a fabulous pumpkin spice iced coffee to demonstrate how it works. It was delicious. It’s not very often these days you meet people who take their job seriously, what a lovely man, he made me want to work at Nespresso myself! And had a lovely smile too. Thank you Gaz for a wonderful coffee moment.After all, Nespresso, what else?!

Nespresso is a great store. It is amazing how it can get so busy and quiet. The staff are all very attentive and amicable. They have the full range of pods and some great accessories. At the coffee bar, you can try a different pod. This is great to see if you will like a new variety.You can also drop off your used pods for recycling.

Shocking experience with poor team. Upsold a new machine when we wanted a simple repair, when we returned it, despite it saying 30 days, they now say 14. I asked politely to consider our claim as we have machines in each of our Airbnb. No response. The new machines are pointless and dispurse twice as much coffee charging twice the price. I asked for a refund they put me onto a robot. Unbelievable. We are a big spender with nespresso but we will change brands now. Do not get upsold by this company they are a disgrace.

Came in for my normal refill and met Gaz, who was incredibly friendly and made me my new summer treat coffee. Great customer service and delight, as all the staff are in this store. They know the right coffee for you

Absolutely amazing experience in store this weekend. Wandered in on a whim, left with a machine! Never did I think I would purchase a coffee machine but the staff explained everything so thoroughly and even let me try the coffee to my taste. Thank you!
