I ordered a suit and it was dropped outside my house left in the rain resulting in the suit and box being damaged. I filled out a form 2 weeks ago to enquire about this and haven't heard anything back.

I only put a star so I can write an extremely bad review about this shop, terrible staff, the women are to busy chatting, they are all so rude with an inappropriate behavior and unprofessional.This company is a joke by hiring people like this, never seen anything worse. How desperate they must be ... don't recommend at all ZERO STARS!

What an exceptional service in the Crawley store. The support manager Rahul and the excellent staff in store Hawa and Luke were all amazing. They helped me get suited with a couple of suits and shirts for my wedding. Definitely coming back to this store!! Great team. Thank you, I will be back soon!!

Sandra and Ruchi made our experience stress free because they are so helpful. I went to the Crawley branch looking for a prom suit for my son. I really needed help as I didn't have a clue what we were looking for. The ladies were so helpful and friendly and put us at ease and found my son the perfect suit! I definitely recommend getting yourself down to the Crawley store!
