Superdrug

First time and definitely the last time.I have been there for my meditation at the pharmacy. I have seen lots of confusion. They were absolutely unprofessional. Only for an item I was standing for 25 minutes. I won’t recommend Superdrug’s pharmacy at all.

Yonas is very knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help/advise patients. our online prescriptions are always ready on time.Appreciate their support and hard work. Free blood pressure check, giving fantastic information and recommendations how to control my blood pressure.

I went to the superdrug at The Strand and Hemali helped me choose the perfect shades and products for me. I was definitely looked after, thanks for your time!

Left the shop in literal tears because of how management treated me over a receipt last night.Absolute joke of a shop, even the other workers were clearly uncomfortable over this interaction she chose to have with me.

I recently got my latest Jean Paul gaultier fragrance while its on promotion - when you get 50ml above, you will get a free makeup bag. I literally got mine 5 minutes ago. So I asked them if i would be getting free gift or what ever. Then thisso called supervisor started offering me i would only get a gift if i purchase other perfume that she offered while i already just a new one. (i mean who would purchase 2 different scents in one day, i mean if you are trying to push sales, worst attempt). Then i dropped a hint saying i know this industry (for real i do), she started asking what i meant by that. yes you should let your customers know when you ran out of gifts or you may start offering alternatives to keep your customers coming. Nope shes so loyal to pushing her sales, trying to make that happen. then i left. (i know that you kept your free gifts for the staff because this fragrance literally just came out 2 days ago and you are telling me you are out of gift, my apologies that i was born yesterday). Ms supervisor, good luck to you for hard selling, to this Amika who (i dont care, u know who u are), when we are out we are out, clever enough while the promotion sign is still running out here.

They were racist to me and my friends and didn’t let us in cause were a different skin tone

I did not have a good experience here. I was expecting staff to be more helpful in picking some cosmetics. I came in to buy a lipstick but came out with 3 products. Firstly, there were no tester for lipsticks and I got a horrible shade for me when I opened.Second, I thought staff would help me find one or advise me but no help. I kept asking again and again for help. Very disappointing.1 star is for the person on till. She was very kind and helpful.

I went to the beauty bar in Superdrug close to Charing Cross for an eyebrow threading. Left unhappy. I'm not expecting for perfect symmetry but my threaded eyebrows were not balanced! I strongly DO NOT recommend this branch.

Came to the clinic to get a blood test done. Tolu was the most wonderful and sweetest person ever. She was really lovely and knowledgeable and made the experience a breeze.
