Went in to buy a sheet of ply board 12mm was charged £39.90 . We went to B & Q just to do a price comparison 16mm Ply board £32 . I feel somewhat ripped off and will never set foot in the place again !!

Lovely and very helpful staff, especially darker haired lady at the checkout. Great prices on good quality wood if buying a few at a time. Would highly recommend. We are using it all for our van conversion .

Asked for jubilee clips. None in stock. Asked that they re-order supplies. Was told I would have to pay in advance for them to re-order their own stock. I needed four! So a lost customer!!! Strange approach to customer service.

I'm disabled and I needed a certain length of wood but as the size came in 4m lengths, they gave me a saw and I had to cut it myself. I'm a bit disappointed with this service but can understand their reasoning.
