I handed in my film and was told it would be ready in 2-3 days, much to my surprise it was ready the next day! Their prices are good too, I went for the high res option instead of the more premium one, and I’m more than happy with how my images turned out. I’ll definitely be getting more rolls developed here in the future!

I got some drawings scanned here and was really appreciative of the care with which my artwork was handled, I could rest assured it was in good hands. The quality of the scans is great, at a good price and fast turnover time. Really wonderful service, will definitely come again. :)

A&M has developed and scanned hundreds of rolls of film for my partner and me over the past few years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We have been very happy with their service.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but in this case I think it's worth noting the horrible experience that I've had.Dropped off 5 rolls of film in my very first time using A+M. A few days later, I receive a phone call saying that my order has been mixed up with someone else's and that they need me to confirm what I had dropped off - which I did. Never received a call after that to say that my film was ready to collect so I had to call them and check.Due to extraneous personal circumstances, I wasn't able to pick up my order for several months. I eventually picked up 6 months later to find out that one of the rolls isn't actually mine. So clearly they had never corrected the mix-up and I only had 4 of my rolls and 1 of someone else's.Upon returning the roll that was not mine and expressing concern about where my 5th roll of film was, I was met with curt and unsympathetic service. Everyone there has been making light of a very serious situation.I have been told by several staff members that there's nothing they can do because they only keep film for 6 months - a fact that was never communicated to me. I keep being questioned/judged about why I did not pick up sooner, as if to imply that I am somehow at fault for this mistake.They have given me a refund for one development charge and the cost of a replacement film - but I have never received so much as an apology for such an egregious mistake. It seems they really couldn't care less and don't feel accountable for their actions.They have not only lost my memories but now my trust.Safe to say I will not be using this company going forward.

Very lucky to have a lab like A&M in Edinburgh. Always very helpful whenever I drop by. Highly recommended.

The quality and customer service if A+M Images is second to none! Turnaround is speedy and great value for always first class quality! If you need a print lab for quality photographic prints, this is definitely one to consider! I'd 100% recommend A+M Imaging
