Went here to watch the new Hunger games film, looked at prices and thought they were a bit steep. But on paying I found the price had gone up by about £2 a person. On enquiry I was told it was a surcharge for watching newly released films!!! Isn't that why you go to the cinema!!!! Screen was also the smallest cinema screen I have seen.Very disappointed, never to return.

Will NEVER go cineworld again after being a customer for years.. ID required for 3 15 year olds refused entry after buying snacks. Tried to reason with them but they called security and kicked us all out including my 6 year old daughter who was crying because she couldn’t watch paw patrol. 5 cinema tickets and £20 spent on snacks and treated like muck. Authority gone MAD! Recruit better staff. They way they treated us was an utter disgrace.

A first rate cinema with friendly and helpful staff. It is kept clean. The auditorium are well maintained. Slight issue with noise from other films from time to time.It has an excellent coffee house on the ground floor.There is a lift to allow disabled access to the cinemas.It is easy to buy tickets in advance online.They accept Meerkat movies on a Tuesday or Wednesday.The toilets are spotless.

First and last time to cineworld. The power crazy employee in the screen room dictated where people could sit because they were going to be 'excessively busy in this screening'. Total contradiction to the welcome we received saying to pick anywhere we would like to sit! The front three rows of 35 seats were not in use during the film but the power rich employee packed everyone in like sardines towards the rear of the screen.

for double the price of Odeon £15 for a basic material no reclining chairs ,why is there half the value, uncomfortable old style seats , no little table, sticky floors, no parking, staff have no manners. only 2 choices of fizzy drinks... £20 for a tiny popcorn two drinks and a bag of chocolate . £55 spent and you serve yourself ,soaked getting to and from the place as parking is no where near it, worst hour and a half of my life. and the place is empty is this a front for something?

Very clean, comfortable, up to date. Vast choice of movies on at any given time. Good family deals available if you are a regular cinema goer. I accompanied the grandchildren to an early morning viewing (10.00am start)! The theatre was virtually empty at that time of day. The number of trailers and advertisements prior to the film actually starting were a little excessive, especially for the children. Nevertheless we all enjoyed the experience.

Went as a family of five to see Trolls. The assistant was very helpful in helping us choose the most appropriate seats as my daughter has hip problems and the 2 grandchildren wanted an unimpeded view. Great seats and a great film. A day out for the memory box.
