‘I have visited the showroom a couple of times, not been acknowledged. The first time I waited for assistance but no joy so left. Second time eventually a chap called Ian came and arranged a measuring. Third time went for advice and how to arrange fitting. No advise was given instead attitude was what do you want me to do? chap was blunt and I felt as though he was racist. As previously he was talking to a white couple it was yes sir no problem sir. He couldn’t do enough for the couple.Would not recommend to anyone.Spoke to manager over phone and said the attitude of his staff was very cold. He was rude and would not take any criticism then slammed the phone down.If I can put zero as a review I would.If this is the attitude at the beginning it makes me wonder what the overall job would be

I was looking for specific carpet floor tiles. I found them on a different website, including this company website. They didn't put the price for those carpet tiles asking to call them for a quote. They have a message on their main page We will beat any genuine quote". However

Premier flooring are always a pleasure to deal with. From compiling quotes to organising delivery. Nothing is a problem. Matt is always keen to help and advise. I will continue to use Premier flooring as the service is 2nd to none!

Very impressed with this company and especially Matt Thompson who dealt so efficiently and promptly with my initial enquiry and my order. The price for the carpet tiles I ordered was the most competitive by far and having ordered yesterday on 1st November I was promised delivery by Monday 6th which I thought was impressive and much quicker than I expected. Unbelievably they have just arrived, less than 24 hours after I placed the order. To get service like that these days is very unusual and very gratifying. I don't think you could find better than Premier Carpets & Flooring and Matt Thompson.
