Very impressed by friendly reception and speed of fixing my phone speaker. Dropped my phone off at 10.15 Sunday morning and I had it back by lunchtime. Price was very reasonable. Thank you very much!

My iPhone 11 cut out and wouldn’t work at all so rang up Vandellas. They had a look and said they’d have to send it away to fix and the price would be about £75.Got it back a week later and told over the phone that it was all sorted and all good to go. However the cost was now £90.I picked it up and again told that it was all fixed, only to discover later that day that the cameras and torch were not working. Which also meant no faceID either.Took it back a couple of days later as I was at work and vandellas told me that the fault it had (IC chip or something) had damaged the camera circuitry but it wasn’t their fault nor the people they sent it off to that this had happened. Even though I was told twice that it was all fixed. And they would do me a favour of only charging me £50 to fix the cameras.Luckily I did not take them on their offer as a couple of weeks later the phone stopped working completely and I had to go and buy a new phone.I understand that iPhones are complex bits of kit but my issue with Vandellas is that they told me it was fixed and then shirked all responsibility when they discovered it wasn’t. They never once said they’d get in touch with whoever they sent it off to and put all the responsibility on me. I’m now £90 out of pocket and a disgruntled customer.

Very friendly staff, extremly helpful and non pushy sales. I bought rechargable vape and vape liquids, highly reccomend them.

Took my phone in to get fixed was great customer service at first up until more two weeks later when my screen cracked while it was in my pocket I took it back as it is quite unusual and asked them if they could replace it as it had only been two weeks and I have not dropped or smashed it myself and the man behind the till was very rude and told me he would only do it if I payed him again and accused me of smashing it as it would not have been smashed unless I caused “Impact to it” all around disappointed in the screen quality and the customer service ! Would not recommend anyone to go there
