My old iPhone was showing it was fully charged but kept suddenly going flat. I took it into the shop and the very pleasant man told me it needed a new battery and it would take an hour to sort out. What an impressive service - that will definitely be my 'go to' place if I have any more problems.

Guy that works there seems a bit like a creep, asked me for id but didn't ask my gf for id the next day (she looks younger than me and was buying vapes). Also left my phone there for an hour before as it wasn't charging, came back and it was charging but the screen was completely broken.

The manager was a real gentleman. Smashed my screen on my Samsung twice in a matter of days. He could not have been more helpful or supportive.I recommend this shop.

I had a hairline crack on the cover of one of my iPhone’s cameras, it wasn’t affecting the functioning of the camera but I wanted to get it replaced before it cracked any further.Brought my phone in to the shop and collected it an hour later. My attention was immediately drawn to the seepage of glue which was inside the lens, poor workmanship, but the camera seemed to be working ok at the distance I checked it at in the shop (not expecting there to be any issues). I got home and realised the camera wasn’t functioning properly - images from a few metres distance were completely blurry. Took it back in and he could clearly see the issue but didn’t seem to know what was causing it (in a phone repair shop?) He had another go at replacing the lens cover, this time I checked it properly while I was there, still blurry. He offered no solutions, just seemed very sheepish and bemused and said ‘well I gave it a good wipe’. Was very quick to agree to a refund.Having got home and had a good look at the camera, the lens had clearly been scratched. Phoned around a few places to be told it was going to cost a few hundred pounds (for it to be done by an authorised Apple repair shop) as the entire camera unit would need replacing. Phoned the shop in utter despair and was quickly accused of scratching the camera lens myself (why didn’t he see that when he removed the lens cover, twice, and tell me about it, if that was the case?) but he offered to replace the camera for me for £100 - usually it’s £150 he told me, but he would do it for me for £100.Having slept on it, I couldn’t think of anything worse than leaving my phone with this man again so I went elsewhere - I ended up getting the camera replaced for £75 and the gentleman confirmed the lens had been scratched and that I couldn’t possibly have scratched it myself without removing the lens cover. He was just as disgusted as I am.I’m sure this review will get the same response I got when I phoned up very upset and I’ll be blamed again, but just think carefully before leaving your precious items with this ‘repair’ shop.

The camera cover on my phone had split and was proving tricky to remove. Helped remove it, leaving no damage and did this for free. Thank you for your service today.
