1310 are *very* highly recommended!I switched from Virgin Media, although the advertised speed is lower (gone from 120mbps to 70mbps), the real world usage is much better with much less buffering and no more issues with streaming and gaming!Not only is the broadband service much better, but it's supplied by real people who are local experts who are happy to pick up the phone and talk about technology.

Excellent service and reliable, fast internet which has been crucial now that my partner and I are both homeworking due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Our previous supplier was expensive, unreliable and the service kept dropping out, causing lots of stress (working in publishing, I have print deadlines to meet, so need a reliable connection). Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend, and excellent, friendly customer service too!

I cannot recommend James and the team at 1310 highly enough. They installed a secon-to-none network within 48 hours after being let down by Virgin. Broadband speeds (download and upload) are exactly as requested too.
