As far as I'm concerned this is the best phone repair shop in the country. I came in with a smashed phone screen on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra which is a rare piece to replace; Serkan is a miracle worker who fixed it the day I came in, was patient when I asked him to fill out details for my insurance, and offered the friendliest and most reliable service I have ever experienced. Thank you Phone Universe!

I'm super impressed. Visited the shop and was really impressed with the knowledge, skill and prices. The owner was very approachable and went out of his way to try and resolve my issue.A shop I plan to use in the future and has gained a customer for life. Much, much better than any other shop I've ever visited and I would highly recommend them for any/all mobile phone repairs/issues.

I was out in York for a day trip and my charger port stop working completely. I looked around for a good rated phone repair store and I found phone universe online. The guy in there was really friendly and said he could get it done for me within 20 minutes! So I left it will him, went for a walk and it was ready. Great service, transparent and was cheap!

Went with my friend to get her phone fixed and do some phone accessory shopping for myself-was honestly such fast service, no issues, such a friendly environment, shocked at how good the prices were. The guy was so kind and easy to talk to, most definitely the best place to go for phone fixtures…100% going to go again. (has REALLY nice phone cases too)!!

Brilliant service - highly recommended!Took one iPhone 7 and one iPhone 7 Plus to Phone Universe for replacement batteries. Work done straight away. One phone straight forward second phone had a screen fault also which was quickly identified and replaced. All work done on both phones within 1 hour. Both phones working 100%. Absolutely delighted, these are old phones (as you can tell by the model numbers) which now have a new lease of life through an efficient and professional service at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use and recommend Phone Universe.

Went there to fix my phone screen which was done quickly and for a good price. The man was very friendly and helpful.The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that after being fixed the screen did have some flickering at random moments. I took the phone back to the man and he looked at it again free of charge. Although he could not see any issue he replaced the screen for free. Very good of him and would recommend to anyone.Would go to him again if I have any future issues.

Best place to fix your phone hustle free and super quick. My Samsung's screen died a while ago and couldn't get it fixed via Samsung as they wanted to erase all my valuable data. So, I went to Phone Universe and they fixed it instantly for me in a fraction of the price that I would have paid to get my data erased... Amazing owner, very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to help me out. I can't thank them enough - highly recommend
