I went to the shop in Birmingham Grand Central to buy a gift for a friend. I received an amazing customer service by the lovely young lady who has just started working there (apologies I've forgotten the name). She patiently explained me the difference between different products and fragrances and helped me chosing. I'll certainly come back!

Great store, staff pleasant and accommodating, if not a little pushy, but I'm guessing they have targets so that's forgivable. Usually use online but as I live not 5mins from here I may as well come in and cut my carbon footprint a little by avoiding delivery vehicles

Me and a friend have just left and felt we needed to review the customer service from Mena immediately! An absolutely beautiful soul who helped us navigate the store with patience, suggestions and humor. Her and her colleague were amazing, one of the best shopping experiences ever!

We went in today myself and my sister in laws. We had fantastic service from both shop assistants. Nicky was extremely professional and very,very helpful. Gave us lovely intal about products. Excellent. We will definitely go and purchase lots of products. We bought few items. But I can see my ritual of cleansing will definitely change. Beautiful produtc. Nivky explained everything in details.

Me and my mother were spoilt for choice to search for a wedding gift for a family member. We were blown away by the choices of beautiful scents in store as well as the selection of products. The service was top tier by Nikki and Maria and they were so helpful in putting together a nice pamper package for the newly weds... they also introduced us too the rituals of namaste skincare range which we will be back to buy. The gifts were soo good and pretty that we came back the next day to buy birthday gift, thank you for the amazing service.
