So glad I've moved away. Their staff are so rude on the phones. I'm always polite but they've all got an attitude, if any of my staff spoke to customers this way they'd be sent for training. You can never get an appointment either.

This practice is going private (which is fine it's their prerogative) but I would never recommend anyone paying for a private practice here.

Very rude, no sympathy, no care and unprofessional dental reception ever.I got dying root tooth and ached even 111 said I had to contact my dentist straight away as an emergency. But untrained and rude reception said I have to wait in another 2 months for appointment because it is not an emergency if it's not swollen and so much pain. Seriously?! So when my tooth die or get infected, they can charge me for more work plus I get suffering?Moreover, this dentist here seems enjoy to change people appointment a lot and never been on time when you get there.Please beware this dental practice. Don't waste money and time register with them.

The rudest and most unprofessional person handling calls at this practice. Say anything they don't like and they block your number, like they did mine but when I phoned off my partners phone and got through fine, later my partner needed to call them to amend her appointment, she also couldn't get through = blocked. Call from my work phone and get through fine.The person answering just laughs when answering serious questions, clearly no quality control going on here. Would not recommend them even if you were in excruciating pain, they don't care. You will be better off with a pair of pliers. Phone 111 to find an emergency dentist, a far better service.

Sam and Jo especially, the best dental team who have taken great care of a very nervous patient throughout several complicated procedures. Much more comfortable with dental treatment now thanks to their kindness and sense of humour! Wonderfully kind and helpful receptionist team, too. Thank you all!:)

I am an incredibly nervous patient so was dreading this appointment for a long time, but when I came in I was seen very quickly and the dentist and nurse who saw to me were amazing and very caring. They let me pop my headphones in and checked on me at regular points and I felt very safe! More than happy with this experience, thank you to all who helped me today, highly recomend!

I'm so glad to have my teeth cared for by this NHS practise. They are caring and gentle when treating. Certainly that's my own experience.Earlier this week I had a back tooth extracted. Not something one looks forward to. My lady dentist was relaxing to talk to and was prompt extracting tooth. It was over so quickly.I also had zero after effects when the anaesthetic wore off.I thoroughly recommend this dental practise. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.I rang up 2 weeks ago in so much pain I could have shot my head off. They booked me in for an emergency appointment just a few hours later. They even called to say I could come in earlier than planned as they'd had a cancellation because I had told them how much pain I was in.On arrival, I informed the lady behind the desk that I was terrified of the dentist, following a horrific experience involving dental treatment with the dentist refusing to use any anaesthesia. I have not been to a dentist since.She was incredible - not only reassuring me, but taking the time to ensure she told my dentist how scared I was too, all whilst making me feel much less of an idiot and less nervous about seeing the dentist.When I saw the dentist she was amazing. Her manner, gentle touch and obvious willingness to cause me as little pain and distress as possible was evident and, even though I was a crying mess, she didn't once make me feel silly. I was sent home after X-rays and an exam with antibiotics, pain relief information and advice and some much needed TLC and reassurance.I went back today, 2 weeks later, the massive abscess now clear, to have my back tooth removed. I live 2 minutes from the dentist. I left my house at 9.15. I was home by 9.30 in no pain, tooth gone, information and extra pads in hand. Throughout the procedure my dentist explained everything and distracted me from any discomfort etc. Again, the team all made me feel so comfortable that I no longer shake and feel sick at the thought of going to the dentist. I even booked in my check up!I highly recommend this practise - please do not be put off if you went to the awful butchers there before when it was ADP. The receptionist, nurse and dentist and their treatment, care and attentiveness was all exceptional. Thank you so much.

I don’t like dentist appointments get very nervous but thanks to michaela I feel a lot better and trust her completely
