KRUPS are impossible to deal with. After following the choices from an answering machine I eventually founds their Customer Service department, which at the start of a recorded message says We will not accept calls from anyone using unacceptable behaviour". That was before I had said a single word. The advicewas to wait for the next agent and after another 5 minutes the announcement was "The office is now closed"

Emailed there consumer service yesterday re the fact our Nespresso machine from “kraps” was leaking and the machine had blown our electrics twice resulting in calling out an electrician at our cost. No response from you guys. Shocking customer service please avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

Cant give you 0 so enjoy 1star. Bought coffee machine for nearly £600 which died in 1st year. Send for so called repair to Staffords Ltd in Prescot which will damage your goods and wont take any responsibility. Shocking company to deal with. Sont buy goods from Krups
