Awful. Terrible. Unfulfilled agreement.I agreed a deal with Thornford in September 2016. We did not receive all the handsets agreed upon in the deal.When I spoke to the service provider, they confirmed a different set of handsets had been requested against our new contract.Phone calls are not answered, emails rarely responded to.A pack of lies fed to us to stop us chasing for the hardware we are owed.
