Have been using NFU Mutual New Forest for Business Vehicle Insurancefor some time,I always speak to Jack Oliver who is incredibly helpful, nothing is to much trouble, even during lock down I was still able to contact him, he dealt with our insurance very efficiently and Professionally as usual, and managed to get us a cheaper quote than we previously had with another company quite a substantial saving.

Tina from NFU New Forest Branch was professional very knowledgeable polite and more importantly had a sense of humour, she walked me through the claim process and made it easy for me to chose NFU for my vehicle's insurance. The fact that they managed to beat my renewal quote did of course make a difference but had it been the same price I would have switched because of her professional attitude.Thanks very much NFU, looking forward to many years with you.
