Dental Care Centre Mansfield

I was so upset by the way I was spoken to last visit and one before that wasn't that good either. I got up off the treatment chair and left. There was no way I wanted that dentist giving me treatment with her attitude. She obviously doesn't like her job much and I felt like a nuisance to her. Very poor.

Anita the dentist downstairs is fabulous. In all the years ive been visiting dentists she is most certainly the most thorough ive ever had. My teeth always feel great after a visit to her, I always feel they've been given the best care possible. I dont think there's any dentist out there that would be better.

I’ve been going to this dentist for 22 years it’s the best dentist by far my dentist in Nichola stevens she is fantastic she knows I’m scared and she always makes me feel at ease.if I have any problems I just ring up and they always get me in first class service thank you .

I had an emergency appointment here the other day and was upset by the way I was spoken too by the dentist and her dental nurse..I felt like something they had dragged in on their shoe!!! My husband had also had the Same experience from the same dentist weeks before..practically calling me a liar about previous treatment i had had at the same practice by a really lovely lady..constantly going on about registering with a private dentist ....she really didn't want to help me..couldn't wait to get rid if me n made my experience of her not nice at all

Absolutely ridiculous I've been a patient at this dentist for over 40 yrs ,1st time I need an emergency appointment I carnt get one , they only have 3 slots a day which get filled . I rang 86 times between 8.58 and 9.16 to finally get through to be told ring tomorrow at 9Ridiculous

Before Dental care centre my fear of the dentist had me suffering chronic toothache, infections and low confidence due to my smile and teeth. Not only did Anita cure my pains, and fear of dental appointments, with her team she also gave me back my smile creating a pain free and aesthetically pleasing new smile. I’ve never felt so confident! I’ve found a one in a million dentist I trust one hundred percent and can’t express how grateful I am.

I have been with this dentist for several years and before the pandemic it was really good, unfortunately there is now only one dentist so you can't get in for a routine check up. The last time I went was pre pandemic. Since opening up they are struggling with the back log - understandable with only one dentist, however having called a few times to try and set up an appointment for a routine check up, the receptionist made me feel like I was in the wrong for calling and stated we only have one dentist you know". I notice on the website that it specifically states they are taking on private patients. They aren't interested in NHS patients as they don't bring the money in. My nephew had some work done here and has since gone to another dentist who have stated that the work they said had been carried out hadn't been done."

My dislike of dentists started as a kid, going to the New Ollerton practice.Years later and in pain, I gave in and went under protest to my workmate's dentist, Mr Malcolm and since then have always been with this practice, with both Miss Stephens and now Miss Zoka!I'm currently having my 2nd Root Filling and Crown, and can't fault the care or treatment I have received and continue to receive since coming here in the 1980s!Although I've lost a couple of teeth over the years, the rest are definitely Looking Good!!I'd recommend the Dental Care Centre to anyone!

I have been with this practice for many years and value the treatment I have received. Today I can really say that I have received first class treatment. Never very brave I was put at ease and reassured throughout. My teeth are the cleanest and most comfortable they have been for years.Thank you.

Been going here since i had my first tooth,Always seeing Mrs Stevens and ive never had an issue until after covidIn the last year i had a veneer fall off,Called up and got in as an emergency appointment with a different dentist, and she basically said to me, in the rudist tone what do you want me to do about it?"Hmm i don't know
