70p and £1.10 ??? with machines stating the “No Change given!!!” Thus you must have exact change or get ripped off! Why not just leave the second level charge at £1 instead of £1.10???. Thank you Mendip! Clearly you understand you patrons needs [sarcasm] It is a pity you yourselves cannot be fined for not giving change.On the positive side, least the parking was clean and in good condition.

Quaint cobbled street of which there are several in Frome. Frome is a small town full of independent shops and picturesque little roads. There are various videos on YouTube if you want to have a preview. There's good rail connections and so it worth a day trip. Very many coffee stops with lovely snacks.

Ticket machines out of order. Said pay by phone tried ringing them they hang up on me! Rubbish went to another car park!
